Echoadmin is a single-point administration toolset for managing and configuring your Echopass services. It provides a complete picture of resources, priority settings, and skills. It also makes it fast and easy to configure new users and adjust skill and application assignments "on the fly" to accommodate swings in volume and unexpected events. All modifications within Echoadmin will update all databases containing records affected by the change, including email addresses, security groups, and database user access. Access to Echoadmin can be granted at a variety of levels to provide a range of control options.
