Interactive Voice Response
IVR prompts include up to 5 customized prompts and announcements supporting Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) caller input. Additional prompts/announcements can also be added to the standard service as required. Advanced IVR: works in conjunction with Call Center On Demand routing strategies to give callers the option to service themselves by accessing a customer database via DTMF commands. Response information from the database, such as account balance or shipment date, can be spoken back to the caller. This feature is also used for data-directed call routing.
