At Echopass we manage our embedded Genesys based routing infrastructure to provide the most robust and complete routing services available. As a result, any enterprise can enjoy the benefits of sophisticated routing that only Fortune 500 companies had previously been able to afford.

We work with our customers to understand their business needs and develop appropriate routing strategies for them. These include the ability to route utilizing network information whether Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) or Automatic Number Identification (ANI) and IVR input matched with customizable routing requirements based upon agent skills, service level objectives, and time of day/day of week/holiday schedules, business conditions or other customer data.

Interactions can be routed to local or remote agents in one or more sites.
