Integrations

Echopass provides a full suite of integration plug-ins and custom integrations through our Professional Services team.  Through the EchoSystem, we integrate Echopass Call and Contact Centers with telco systems from Sprint and XO Communications, call routing from Genesys, CRM systems from Microsoft, RightNow Technologies and salesforce.com, and workforce management systems from vendors including TCS. In addition to our pre-existing integrations, Echopass Professional Services can design and develop integrations for

  • Interactive voice response systems from Intervoice and RightNow Technologies Voice Self Service platform,
  • Quality management solutions from Nice and Wygant
