Does Echopass support speech recognition capabilities?

Yes. Echopass offers both DTMF/touch tone and natural language speech recognition capabilities.

Does Echopass support interface with Lotus Notes email?

Echopass does not offer an interface specific to Lotus Notes email, but we can route SMTP email from any source.
