About Echopass

Echopass is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. We provide everything an enterprise needs to operate a contact center except the agents. The agents can be located anywhere; in single or multiple contact centers, on shore, off shore or at home. Our solutions immediately reduce the ongoing cost and complexity of running an enterprise class contact center.

Background

Echopass was an early leader in the field of on-demand IP-based contact center services, starting in 1998 as the internal technology infrastructure for a public company in the outsourcing business in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2000, Echopass was spun-out as an independent company funded by Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories (a division of Lucent-Alcatel), and two venture capital firms - Canaan Partners and New Enterprise Associates, both of whom have continued to invest in Echopass.
The company is headquartered in Pleasanton, CA, and maintains its Network Operations Center in Salt Lake City.
