Echopass continues to expand its cloud-based contact center offerings for the Enterprise

This year’s Symposium ITxpo will be held in Orlando, Florida from October 17-21, 2010 at the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Swan resorts and features Mastermind keynote speakers Steve Ballmer of Microsoft, Marc Benioff of Salesforce.com, and John T. Chambers of Cisco.
