New Echopass Symmetry Utilizes High Availability Active-Active Technology

The new Echopass Symmetry provides a high availability solution by leveraging the dual datacenter, active-active environment. In addition to the new Echopass Symmetry offer, and in response to the significant 50+% year-over-year growth of the Echopass customer base over the last several years, Echopass also announced the opening of its fourth SAS70-certified datacenter, located in Ashburn, Virginia. “The commissioning of our fourth datacenter in Virginia provides us with significant capabilities to support our rapidly expanding Enterprise customer base and their mission critical contact centers” said Empey.
With the new datacenter and Echopass Symmetry, Echopass will offer its contact center solutions with full high availability business continuity options across multiple geographies including existing datacenters in Irvine and San Francisco California, Salt Lake City Utah, plus the newly commissioned facility in Ashburn, Virginia.
