ECHOPASS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Vincent Deschamps, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Vincent Deschamps provides overall direction and operational leadership for the company. Deschamps is a proven manager with rich sales and marketing experience, and has excelled at several of America's leading telecommunications and hosted services companies over his career.
Prior to Echopass, Deschamps was vice president of sales for AccessLine, where he led that company's successful efforts in the hosted mobility services market, most notably developing a key relationship with Hewlett-Packard. Previously he served as general manager/vice president for Avaya's worldwide Unified Communications line of business where he developed the business strategy, go-to-market plan, and sales efforts for Avaya's market-leading Unified Messaging product line. Deschamps holds a B.A. in marketing and economics from C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, New York.
Bruce Dresser, Chief Marketing Officer
Bruce Dresser is responsible for all Echopass marketing activities,
including corporate and product positioning, market strategy and tactical
implementation. Previously he was the founder and president since
1997 of Tenth Dot Solutions Marketing Consulting, with clients such
as PeopleSoft, nCircle, Counterpane, Avaya, and Webify Solutions.
Earlier in his career, Dresser held executive marketing, sales, product
and business development roles at Sybase, Pacific Telesis (now ATT)
and several start-ups.
Dresser holds a B.A. from UCLA, an M.B.A. from San Diego State University,
and has participated in the executive marketing program at the Kellogg
School of Management at Northwestern University. He has been an advisor
and board member to numerous companies including AristaSoft, Project
Arena, Tapit Partners, and Media Publisher, as well as several non-profit
organizations.
David Holeman, Chief Operating Officer
David Holeman is responsible for all Echopass Operations, Customer
Support , Professional Services and Product Development teams, as
well as customer implementations and development of Echopass technologies.
Holeman's career experience over the past 22 years includes holding
CIO and COO positions in both small and large organizations spanning
call centers, data centers, networks and enterprise software applications.
Prior to Echopass, Holeman was the CIO for Sentient Jet, a private
jet membership company, where he implemented VoIP technologies and
designed their 24/7 data center with extensive fault tolerant and
disaster recovery capabilities. Previously he was the CIO at the Monitor
Group, and Chief Information and Operations Officer for Viaticus,
a specialty insurance company. Earlier, Holeman held executive roles
with Allscripts, Baxter Healthcare and the Chicago Stock Exchange,
as well as the professional services practice of Deloitte & Touche.
Holeman holds B.A. degrees in Biology and Psychology from Kenyon College.
Marnie Nuttall, Chief Financial Officer
Marnie Nuttall is responsible for all finance, accounting and other
corporate services at Echopass. Nuttall is a licensed CPA with over
15 years experience in accounting and finance. Previously she served
10 years with Assist Cornerstone Technologies, Inc., in various finance
and accounting roles including Director, Finance and Administration
and CFO. Assist Cornerstone Technologies, a company offering end to
end, cross channel, real time enterprise solutions for companies selling
their products to end users, was acquired by Titan Corporation in
1999. Nuttall then served as Director, Finance for Cayenta, Inc.,
the commerce solutions division of Titan Corporation, after acquisition.
For the past 5 years, she has served as Director, Finance for Axis41,
a marketing communications company in Salt Lake City.
Nuttall holds a B.S. in Accounting from Westminster College as well as a Masters
of Accountancy from University of Utah.
Larry Deering, Senior Vice President, Sales
Larry Deering brings over 35 years of telecommunications industry sales and management experience to his role as Echopass' key mid-to-large enterprise sales executive. His sales resume includes respected companies such as AccessLine, e-Talk, Aspect Communications, Octel Communications and ITT.
Deering's contributions in customer development and new product/service expansion have proved invaluable to Echopass customers. Deering holds a B.S. in industrial management from Purdue University.
Dennis Empey, Vice President, Product Management
Dennis Empey is Echopass' senior product strategist, setting direction for all Echopass products and services. His 20 years of product management and marketing experience includes tenure as vice president and general manager for Argogroup and key management roles with Lucent Technologies' Service Provider Messaging division including responsibility for all international markets.
Earlier in his career, Empey also was responsible for advanced network
services products as a senior marketing and product manager at MFS
Intelenet; and managed enterprise ACD products and services at Nortel.
He holds a B.S. in Management from Golden Gate University.
Doug Kentner, Vice President, Operations
Doug Kentner is responsible for all network operations and service delivery from the Echopass SAS70 certified operations center. In his previous 5 years with Echopass, Kentner has also worked in Systems Administration, Service Provisioning, Solutions Engineering and Telecom Engineering.
Prior to Echopass, Kentner worked within the IT and Contact Center industries including serving as General Partner of a California based IT consulting firm, providing technical leadership within the Microsoft Product Support group at Convergys, and coordinating critical problem resolution for Cisco’s data security products. Fluent in Italian from studying abroad and attending BYU, Kentner has also achieved a number of IT professional certifications in his career including Cisco CCNA and Microsoft Certified Trainer and Systems Engineer accreditations.
Gordon Campbell, Vice President, Professional Services
Gordon Campbell is responsible for all Echopass Implementation and Professional Services, Training, and Sales Engineering. Previously, Campbell was the director of the Packaged Solutions Group at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories where he conceived and led the initial product rollout for Genesys Express. During his seven years at Genesys, Campbell also served as director of professional services and director of engineering.
Earlier management positions included a senior consulting role with IBM's call center consulting group and vice president, product development for a software startup. Campbell earned a degree in computer science form Seneca College, and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Toronto.
Derek Burdick, Vice President, Development and Engineering
Derek Burdick is responsible for Echopass application architecture, design and development, working closely with the product management and operations organizations. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Burdick has held senior positions in the development, network infrastructure and operations groups, and has developed numerous custom CTI solutions and Genesys integrations during his seven year tenure at Echopass.
Before joining Echopass, Burdick worked in the network engineering department at Sento Corporation. Previously, he worked at Techserv in their technical support organization.
Klasey Gage, Vice President, Customer Service
Klasey Gage is responsible for managing all elements of customer service and satisfaction for the entire base of Echopass customers. A member of the Echopass management team since 2000, Gage has held a variety of customer relationship roles in both the customer service and support departments.
Prior to Echopass, Gage worked at Sento Corporation within their operations organization. Gage was responsible for National Accounts, managing a client roster including Network Associates, Gateway and McAfee.
Donna Collins, Vice President, Channel Sales
Donna Collins brings over 25 years of telecommunications industry sales and management experience to her role as Vice President of Channel Sales at Echopass. Collins’ contributions in new customer development and business development have proved invaluable throughout her career, with respected companies such as AccessLine, Unisys, and Rockwell International.
Collins holds a B.A. in English Literature and Business from the Pennsylvania State University.
