Professional Services - Senior Project Manager/Senior Consultant
Skills Overview:
Experience (10+ years) in managing mid-size contact center implementation projects both from a project management and technical perspective. The candidate must be an expert in Contact Center technologies including, Telecommunications, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), ACD, IVR, VOIP, Internet (architecture), CRM, Genesys product experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills. High energy, high commitment, high integrity. Experience dealing with multiple constituencies, including multiple internal departments. Ability to make and deliver on project plans in a highly dynamic environments. Ability to make things happen and get things done. The individual must be self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Candidate must be able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
Project planning and management skills. Strong customer skills. Ability to manage expectations. Pre-Sales experience required. Supporting sales in demo's, technical inquiries, competitive analysis and ROI.
This position requires close collaboration as part of a team thus excellent communication (written and verbal) are required.

Marketing - Product Manager
Position Overview:
Echopass is looking for an individual to join the product management team and take full responsibility for assigned products and service offers. The individual in this position will develop product plans, product requirement documents, and product content plans and will report to the Vice President of Product Management.
Responsibilities:
The individual in this position will have product management responsibilities related to Echopass call center services. The general responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for product life cycle from concept to implementation.
- Driving detailed product features and direction for Echopass Marketing.
- Synthesizing customer needs and requirements into detailed product requirements and articulate detailed requirements to others.
- Act as the technical product spokesperson internally and externally with customers, prospects and partners.
- Working closely with the development team to create detailed requirements definition through functional and technical analysis, usability, product quality, and release.
- Drive product launch strategies, interacts with sales and marketing to define requirements, and directs interaction with engineering and operations on product development.
- Building sales presentation materials and writing related white papers.
- Work closely with engineering to develop product release content plans.
- Managing product release schedules for assigned products.
- Define marketing requirements and manages product development process by translating user testing and customer support feedback into feature/function requirements.
- Develop product positioning and content.
Requirements:
- Energetic self started with a passion for customers and strong relationship skills with sales and engineering teams
- 5+ years experience in product management or product design in telecommunication services or software.
- Must be able to demonstrate call center and/or CRM domain experience.
- Require a strong understanding of web application development.
- Must have experience leading the technical design responsibility for at least one major product release including the creations of all related technical documentation.
- Previous service provider experience strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation, written communications, and customer interaction skills are a must.
- A technical degree or equivalent experience in the technical design of automated marketing and sales systems is required.
- 20 to 30% estimated travel to SLC and to customer and prospects, trade shows etc
- Demonstrated experience in gathering design requirements into product vision and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes and iterations.
- Creativity and analytical skills required.
- Genesys Labs knowledge and experience a definite plus.
- BA required. MBA or CS degree is a plus.

Application Development - Software Engineer
Position Overview:
Seeking a mid level programmer with 3 to 6 years experience in the industry building windows and web applications with object oriented languages. The position will report to the Director of Applications Development and will work from Salt Lake City.
Responsibilities:
This position will work closely with professional services on customer requested applications and solutions. Applications may include custom integrations of the Echopass software with 3rd party software, custom applications that integrate with the Echopass service, or internal tools and web sites. Will also be involved in the architecture and design of next generation Echopass applications and services.
Required Skills:
- Responsible for product life cycle from concept.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent degree/experience).
- Prior programming experience with Object Oriented Languages (Visual Basic, C#) .
- Web Programming experience (ASP, HTML, XML, HTTP Handlers, XSL).
- Microsoft Windows API experience.
- Microsoft .NET experience.
- Custom COM/ActiveX controls and DLL experience.
- Third party API integration (C, COM, DDE, TAPI).
- Familiarity with Visual Studio 2003 or 2005.
- Understanding of software development processes, including object oriented analysis, design and implementation.
- Database schema design and implementation (tables, queries, triggers, views, and stored procedures). Experience with SQL Server, Enterprise Manager, and Query Analyzer a plus.
- Ability to work with a small dedicated team of engineers.
- A self starter willing to learn.
