Jim Dvorkin, Chief Technology Officer

Dvorkin formerly served as CTO for Echopass and White Pajama, an early provider of hosted contact center solutions for small businesses. He was director of Engineering for Genesys, an Echopass partner and a pioneer in the field of computer telephony integration (CTI). During his time there, Dvorkin founded a local office in France and managed the presales and deployment of Genesys solutions for all four French telecommunications providers and many large financial institutions. Mr. Dvorkin graduated from State University of Lithuania with a Masters degree in Computer Science.
